Metasterone, also known as Superdrol or Methyldrostanolone, is one of the strongest anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS). Methasterone (Superdrol) was created in the 1950s, but was never commercially available as a prescription drug.
Although methasterone itself was never available to the general public, a non-17α-alkyl methasterone analog was distributed under the name Masteron.
The name Superdrol may sound familiar; it was actually the trade name of a dietary supplement containing metasterone. This product was marketed as a prohormone or dietary supplement, which couldn’t be more wrong.
As soon as this came to the attention of the FDA in 2006, they forced the Superdrol brand to shut down. In 2012, methasterone was completely banned, making it a controlled substance like all other AAS.
A few years later, methasterone is still widely used in bodybuilding and is considered one of the strongest oral steroids.
However, this compound should be used with caution as it is known to be extremely hepatotoxic.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SUPERDROL (SUPERBOLAN)?
Of course, there’s a reason why Superdrol is mentioned as one of the strongest orals on the market. People who have tried it will understand what I am talking about, this material is no joke.
The gains you can achieve with 10mg or 20mg of Superdrol are amazing, especially when your diet and training are in check.
The advantage of this compound is that you can use it for both bulking and cutting. You can expect a significant increase in muscle mass when using Superdrol.
You can easily pack 10 pounds of muscle with 10-20mg for 4 weeks.
Another thing to mention about Superdrol is that it makes you incredibly strong. Ask anyone who has used Superdrol, it’s probably the first thing they mention. Known for its strength gains, you can probably improve your strength by at least 25% during a cycle.
As with Dianabol, Superdrol is often used as a cycle starter.
SUPERDROL SIDE EFFECTS
Besides the fact that Superbolan is an extremely potent compound, it can be very toxic to the liver. This is the main reason why most people stay away.
There are many reports of people experiencing liver damage and high levels of liver enzymes after taking Superdrol.
Do not abuse the use of Superbolan for more than 4-6 weeks. Also, it would be a good idea to do a blood test before your cycle. This way you will be able to see what impact Superdrol can have.
Superbolan can also cause water retention and possibly even gynecomastia. Plus, it will also suppress your natural testosterone levels just like other AAS.
This means you will also need post cycle therapy (PCT) like Nolvadex or Clomid.
Some users also mention appetite suppression and drowsiness during the cycle. These two side effects can be a big problem as they affect your daily life. The most common side effects of Superdrol are:
- Liver damage
- loss of libido
Not everyone seems to experience side effects, there are reports of people using superdrol and having no side effects.
